New Star Citizen Video Makes the Male Avatar Dance

By Giuseppe Nelva

April 9, 2013

We haven’t seen much, lately, of the actual human models that will populate Star Citizen, but today Cloud Imperium Games released a new video that will be a treat to those that are trying to visualize how their in-game alter ego will behave.

The video shows a movement range test for the male human model giving us a chance to see how far each limb and body part can move, with a definitely natural effect that I find absolutely lovely. Of course we’ll have to see how good the animations actually moving those joints will be, but this example is most promising.

You can enjoy it below, and let your imagination go wild on how the female model will look.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
