New Star Ocean 5 Trailers Compare PS4 Graphics vs PS3 Version and Battle Skill Levels

Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness is going to be released in Japan for PS4 and PS3 on March 31st, and in the west later this year only for PS4. Today Square Enix released two trailers.

The first showcases a comparison between the PS4 and PS3 version. The game definitely looks less defined and a lot less fluid on Sony’s older console. There are also evident differences in foliage and in the distance at which enemies become visible.

The second video gives another glimpse on the battle system, showing the difference in the same attacks between skill level 1 and skill level MAX.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
