New TERA Dev Diary Explores Combat and Big Ass Monsters

on May 3, 2012 1:30 PM

TERA has finally hit the shelves in Europe, following the North American launch happened three days ago, and Frogster released a new dev diary video that gives us a glimpse on the game’s peculiar combat system and Big Ass Monsters.

For those unfamiliar with the game, combat and BAMs are probably the two most prominent features that set it apart from the rest of the MMORPG market. The combat system is a lot more skill-oriented than the usual “select and let it rip” system you find in other MMORPGs, while the BAMs are… well.. really big and quite badass.

While you wait for my upcoming review of TERA, you can check out the video after the break.
