Koei Tecmo Games and Omega Force opened a new teaser site on August 26. The site, which can be accessed here, includes a short teaser video. The site specifies it's a new game, and that a full reveal will be happening on August 29, through the site itself and through this week's Famitsu magazine.

The teaser video shows footage from Warriors Orochi 4 (Musou Orochi 3), which launched in October 2018 on PC and every current-generation console. Warriors Orochi 4 is a really great game if you're into traditional Musou games.  You can check our review of the game to learn more.

The teaser video is titled "The power of the gods, once again..."

Warriors Orochi 4 also received multiple DLCs improving the game and adding more content so I personally don't think this is gonna be some kind of updated version of the game. The teaser site specifies "new game " as well. And unlike in the past, traditional Musou games don't always get revamped versions anymore. The license adaptation ones often do though, like with the latest Shingeki no Kyojin game.

Anyway we'll know more when Famitsu magazine releases or if some kind of information gets leaked beforehand. Famitsu magazine releases at Thursday midnight JST. Click here for some time conversions.

In a slightly related note, we've got zero new information on Persona 5 Scramble, the next Musou license adaptation game, since its initial announcement.
