After yesterday’s update that fixed multiplayer issue for Ryse: Son of Rome, Microsoft just issued another preview version of the Xbox One system software, solving the problems that were plaguing Dragonball: Xenoverse and Resident Evil: Revelations 2.

If you were having trouble with those games and party invites, now it has been fixed, as you can see in the patch notes below, directly from the update preview forums:

OS version released: xb_rel_1505.150506-2124

  • Party sessions when using a game invite from Dragon Ball: Xenoverse or Resident Evil: Revelations 2. This update contains a fix for the issue in yesterday’s build were a game invite to invite a friend to join a multiplayer match in Dragon Ball: Xenoverse or Resident Evil: Revelations 2, a party session would fail to initiate due to an error.

  • Please report any issues you discover via the Report a problem feature or in the forums!

Now that the issues have been fixed, hopefully the May update will receive the “all green” signal, and will be released to the public, bringing the Wireless Display app and much more.
