If you have been waiting for that one co-op game this year in which you and a friend will be able to snap necks and pretend to be a couple of badasses, this may be your game.  A new trailer has been released for Splinter Cell Blacklist, focusing primarily on its co-op mode. Two players will be able to engage enemies either locally (split-screen) or over the internet. There are four mission types across 14 different maps. Gamers who pre-order from GameStop (and other major retailers) will receive exclusive bonuses.

Splinter Cell Blacklist is being developed by Ubisoft Toronto and will be published by Ubisoft for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, and Wii U on August 20th, 22nd, and 23rd, 2013 in North America, Australia, and Europe, respectively.
