NHL 22 has received an all-new update today all of a sudden, and fans are quite curious to know what this update will be offering.

The NHL franchise is one of EA's IPs which gets a release every year. However, the past few iterations have been under scanner as the community has slammed the developers for not adding enough new content to the game to justify a new release altogether. This year's NHL 22 wasn't an exception either. It got quite a warm reception at launch, although EA has been constantly releasing updates for the game.

This update, however, isn't something that will excite a lot of fans as there is no addition of new content. Instead, this update just focuses on fixing a number of bug fixes and adding some performance improvements. It is quite a small update, so players won't have to spend a lot of time in order to download the update. This update makes some much-needed changes to the AI by improving the goalie as well as interceptions and pass disruptions. Here are the patch notes of the update.
