While it released well over two years ago, NieR: Automata from developer PlatinumGames still has left a huge impression thanks to its vivid world and memorable characters like 2B, 9S, and A2. Of course, NieR: Automata has also been the source of plenty of impressive cosplay and fan creations, with one photo series aiming to recreate one of the most iconic scenes from the game.

@jyunya_hi on Twitter shared some impressive photos of their NieR: Automata cosplay, with the photos showing 2B and 9S in the memorable amusement park scene from the game. Of course, to make the cosplay more authentic, they took the photos at an actual amusement as the backdrop.

While there aren't any robots to be found in the photos by themselves, the lighting and mood of the photos perfectly captures the stunning beauty from one of NieR: Automata's most impactful scenes.

Since its original release in February 2017, NieR: Automata has become one of Square Enix's big breakout successes, with the title having surpassed over four million in sales over the course of its lifetime, alongside its impressive critical acclaim. While it's unclear just yet what the game's mastermind Yoko Taro has in store next, hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer to see if he can craft another impressive world that is an engaging as NieR: Automata's.

NieR: Automata is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. For a closer look at the impressive cosplay from @jyunya_hi, you can check out the photos below:
