“Everything that lives is designed to end. We are perpetually trapped in a never-ending spiral of life and death” – 2B

Nier: Automata, developed by PlatinumGames, intrigued players everywhere when it was released for PlayStation and PC in February 2017 and even today, gamers hold this critically-acclaimed action role-playing title in high regard.

Probably the most recognizable and talked about character in Nier: Automata is 2B – a YoRHa android created to battle the machine lifeforms that have invaded the planet on behalf of the surviving humans. Cosplayer and fashion model Donna Loli takes on the character with a difference.

Donning 2B’s trademark platinum hair but leaving the military visor to the side, Donna trades in 2B’s iconic white dress, thigh-high stockings and kick-ass boots for something a little more on the revealing side.

It’s still remarkable all the same and it’s great that cosplayers feel that they can add a little bit of their own personality and stamp onto the cosplays they take on. Regardless, there’s no mistaking 2B’s presence in this outfit.

All that’s missing in this cosplay is 2B’s trusty pod as it trails by her side.

You can follow Donna Loli over on Instagram where she takes on the characters of Tifa from Final Fantasy, Spider Gwen from Spiderman and many more. Just as a word of warning, some images are NSFW.
