NieR: Automata officially launches in Japan in a couple of hours and Square Enix "dressed up" its popular cafe in Akihabara, Tokyo, to celebrate the release.

Until March 17th, the cafe will sport NieR: Automata decor and a special menu themed after the game. Merchandise will also be sold in the same location.

If you want to see more, you can check out the gallery at the bottom of the post, or follow a livestream that will showcase the renewed cafe and its menu on March 6th. The press release actually teases the possibility that the development team in attendance might share information on the game.

If you want to visit, the cafe is located right by the side of the entrance of the super-popular Yodobashi Camera store in Akihabara. You can also check out our report from the grand opening, when the cafe was still dedicated to Final Fantasy XV.

NieR: Automata will release in Japan for PS4 today, in North America on March 7th, and in Europe on March 10th. A PC version on Steam has also been scheduled for this year, but no specific launch window has been announced for that one just yet.

As part of the celebrations, two free themes have also been made available on the Japanese PlayStation Store.
