Craving for a anime fighting game? This morning Famitsu revealed that the arcade fighting game Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[est] would be coming to Sony's consoles later this year in Japan.

Further details were found out by Hachima Kikou via a leaked copy of the magazine.

The game will feature 19 characters and will include a brand new one, Enkidu, who is described as a master of the ancient martial arts. He will be voiced by Shunsuke Takeuchi. The game will also include a Tutorial, a mission mode, and improved character balance.

Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[est] is coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita, supporting cross-platform online gameplay between the two home consoles. It will be released in Japan on July 20th. The game will cost 6, 800 yen for a retail copy, and 5, 300 yen for a digital copy, which equates to around $60 and $50 respectively. The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of the game will only be available digitally.

Previously, Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[est] was only available as an arcade game.

Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[est] is updated version of Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late which was released July 24th, 2014 in Japan, and February 24th, 2015 in North America. Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late itself was an updated version of Under Night In-Birth, which was released in arcades on September 20th, 2012.

As of this writing, there is no word on a western release or localization, however, seeing as the previous iteration came to North America, we will probably here something about a western version in the coming months.
