Today Koei Tecmo released a new trailer of its upcoming JRPG Night of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon by Gust, the studio behind the Atelier series.

This time around, we don't get to see a whole harem of beautiful waifus (besides a look on the protagonist in passing), but the trailer focuses on the game's world, which worthy of the game's title, is very dark, brooding and pretty emo.

Basically, you get a vampire movie atmosphere, but not the sparkly kind.

You can enjoy the video below. If you want to see more, you can also check out the story trailer alongside some 4K screenshots, the  first 30 minutes of the game in Japanese, the another English news blast, a trailer of the Nintendo Switch version, and one focusing on cutscenes, on top of one last trailer showing off the heroines wearing swimsuits.

The game will release on October 24th in North America and on October 27th in Europe for PS4, PC and Switch. Unfortunately, there won't be any PS Vita release in the west, since Koei Tecmo seems to have pretty much abandoned Sony's portable (which did get the game in Japan), in favor of PC portrs, which are probably more appropriate to the market this side of the ocean in terms of sales.
