Night in The Woods has had its launch trailer debuted today courtesy of developer Infinite Fall. Set to release early next month, the video shows off the game's platforming, dialogue, and knife gameplay while a extraterrestrial-like overture blares in the background.

Originally set to release this past September, the developer decided to push back the Kickstarter success to the new year, citing “mental/physical limits” as the cause. The game will now release digitally on January 10th for PlayStation 4, PC, Mac, and Linux.

For those of you unfamiliar of the game, DualShockers did a preview of it last May, explaining the title as "a visually-arresting adventure game" with "emphasis...on a relatable story of a college dropout in her hometown, seeking to find meaning in her own life while investigating some extraordinary circumstances."

For those of you that can't wait, the developer behind Night in The Woods has a spin-off game called Lost Constellation available to play right now for PC, Mac, and Linux. The title gives players a side story within both of the games' shared universe while also providing a short but sweet puzzle adventure.
