Team Ninja has decided to treat fans today with a informative morsels about Ninja Gaiden 3. First and foremost, take notice of the game’s official box art. The theme of the image is apparently “Dark Japanese Hero”, though I fail to see why that’s important.
Secondly, the developers took to Twitter today to tell everyone that NG3 has been seeing comparatively strong pre-order sales, most likely bolstered by the inclusion of the demo to the long awaited Dead or Alive 5. This is impressive news, especially considering this will be the first entry in the series without creator Tomonobu Itagaki on board.
Lastly, the game itself will include a real time move list, which can be easily accessed by pressing select. A blurry shot of the move list in use can be seen after the break. I personally hope that the positive sales reception will continue when the game launches. After years of waiting, fans will finally get their hands on Ninja Gaiden 3 on March 20th.
