The latest Nintendo Minute video is aimed at all you lucky parents whose kids will be headed back to school soon. In order to better prepare for the momentous occasion, said video features some adorable Nintendo themed back to school "Do It Yourself" projects:

The various crafts includes Chain Chomp paperclips and felt patches, the second which can feature any character of your choice (as long as you have a pattern for it). Naturally the video shows a step-by-step process of the whole procedure, including all the embarrassing missteps from the hosts.

So if you need one last hurrah of bonding time with your children before school starts up again, these two DIY activities may be right up your alley.

In other related news, with the release of the Nintendo Switch Lite this September Nintendo plans "to make the platform’s lifecycle long," according to a report by The Wall Street Journal.

While only the Switch Lite will release this year, Sharp VP Katsuaki Nomura has seemingly confirmed new display technology that’ll appear in a future Nintendo Switch hardware. Sharp’s IGZO displays, which are found on their 8K TVs and Aquos smartphones, are rumored to be added to one of the newer Switch models going forward. If a higher-end Switch model is on the horizon, its screen is bound to feature more pixels than the current models.

There's also a free demo out now for Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer ft. The Legend of Zelda in the Nintendo eShop, after releasing earlier this year in June.
