It's now been over a year since our last "full" Nintendo Direct. Since September 4 last year, we've had a range of Partner Presentations, Indie Showcases and software specific directs and this hiatus seems to be continuing.Announced on Nintendo's official Twitter channels, the company are hosting another Nintendo Direct Mini Partner Presentation tomorrow, September 17. The presentation will take place at 7 am PT/ 10 am ET/ 3 pm BST and will contain "information on upcoming Nintendo Switch titles exclusively from our publishing partners." The presentation can be viewed here.

Nintendo seems to be holding these Partner Showcases on a regular basis at this point, with this being the third one in the past three months.

The July event saw the announcement of the Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the Necrodancer season pass and physical edition, more information on WWE 2K Battlegrounds and Rogue Company and was topped off by the reveal of Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster and the release window for Shin Megami Tensei V.

The Nintendo Direct Mini Partner Presentation from last month was slightly more underwhelming. The highlights of that event included the information on two Taiko No Tatsujin games and the reveals of Just Dance 2021 and Puyo Puyo Tetris 2.

Leading into tomorrow's event, Nintendo still has lots of publishing partners with plenty of information on hotly anticipated games. As with all of these events, Bayonetta and Hollow Knight: Silksong are two of the most popular names appearing in the conversation. A new Nintendo Switch Monster Hunter game is also reportedly in the works, and Nintendo could be looking to reveal this information early, allowing Capcom to dive deeper into the game at Tokyo Game Show later this month. We may also get a further look at the third Cadence of Hyrule DLC or potentially some more information on the previously announced Shin Megami Tensei titles.

Keep your eyes on DualShockers for all the announcements from this event as they happen.
