Nintendo Reveals Collaboration with Activision; Two new amiibo Coming to Skylanders

As amiibo figurines have been a craze among Nintendo fans, today’s big Digital Event from Nintendo has revealed a brand new pair of amiibo figurines that will also happen to have some interaction with another toys-to-life series: Skylanders.

During today’s Nintendo Digital Event, Reggie Fils-Aime revealed a brand new pair of figurines that will be coming in a collaboration with Activision and its upcoming Skylanders: Superchargers, with new figurines of Donkey Kong and Bowser coming exclusively to the Wii U version of the title: Turbo Charge Donkey Kong and Hammer Slam Bowser.

In addition to their compatibility with the Wii U version of Skylanders: Superchargers, the new figurines were also revealed to be compatible with other Nintendo titles as with other amiibo figurines.
