Today Nintendo released a new batch of screenshots of the upcoming third-person-shooter Splatoon 2.

The screenshots showcase in-game amiibo support, including the ability to befriend your amiibo in-game to let it save your weapons and gear loadout, allowing you to access it anywhere you’re playing, even outside of your own console.

The amiibo will also pose with the player character in game in various locations and positions. Screenshots taken in these situations can be stored in the album menu and shared on social networks.

You can check out all the screenshots below. If you want to see more, you can also check out a video of the new Salmon Run co-op mode.

Splatoon 2 will be released on July 2nd, exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
