With the service having been introduced this past September, Nintendo Switch Online not only serves as the primary way for users to play online against their friends and other opponents, but also comes with the perk of adding a library of classic titles to the service each month, with three new NES games joining the service later this month.

Nintendo has announced that three new NES titles will be added to the Nintendo Switch Online library on December 12, 2018 with the inclusion of Adventures of LoloNinja Gaiden, and Wario's Woods, which should give Switch owners a nice variety of classics to enjoy. Additional NES titles will be added to the service in January 2019, according to Nintendo.

In addition to the new titles being added, Nintendo also confirmed that the first shipments of the Nintendo Entertainment System Joy-Con controllers -- which are available exclusively to Nintendo Switch Online members -- will begin being shipped next week for those that purchased the controllers.

Since its debut in September, the Nintendo Switch Online library has already launched with a pretty extensive roster of classic NES games, ranging from the original Super Mario Bros., to Ice Climber, to Donkey Kong, and many more.
