HomeBearStudio's point-and-click adventure-puzzle game, NAIRI: Tower of Shirin, will soon find a spot on Nintendo Switch's ever-growing roster of games. The game has hand-drawn 2D graphics and follows Nairi and her friend, Rex.

The game follows an upper-class girl with some troubles, and her friend Rex, who was once a gangster. Their story follows the mystery of the tower found within Shirin, the oasis city. Part of the gameplay includes combining and trading collected items and solving many different puzzles to find your way home.

The founder of HomeBearStudio, Joshua Van Kuilenburg, gave a brief explanation on the first title for his company during an interview with Nintendolife.com:

Nairi meets a gangster-turned-scholar rat, who will help her on her quest to find her way back home. The poor district is plagued by The White Mask, a criminal who seemingly brainwashes people. And then there's a conflict which goes way beyond Nairi's initial plight of simply returning home. There's an ominous mystery surrounding the titular Tower of Shirin, after all!

NAIRI: Tower of Shirin releases on the Nintendo Switch and Steam in late 2018. Want to know more about it? Then watch the Nintendo Switch Announcement Trailer below, or check out HomeBearStudio's website.
