Starting on April 22nd, Nintendo will be cutting the price of five best seller titles: Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land, New Super Mario Bros. 2, Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. Each game will sell forĀ $29.99 and the new price will apply to both digital copies in Nintendo’s eShop and retail stores.

Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land and New Super Mario Bros. 2 represent the top three best-selling Nintendo 3DS games of all time in the United States — each one has sold more than 2.15 million physical and digital units in the U.S. alone. Animal Crossing: New Leaf is no slouch in sales, as that game has sold more than 7 million globally since launch.
