Nintendo Won’t Have an E3 Press Conference this Year, As Usual
As it did over the past few years, Nintendo won't host a press conference at E3 2017.
During Nintendo’s quarterly presentation for investors and analysts, President Tatsumi Kimishima confirmed that the console manufacturer won’t have a press conference at E3 2017.
“Finally, the video game tradeshow E3 will be held in Los Angeles this June. Again this year, we will not be hosting a large-scale press conference for institutional investors, analysts and the media.”
Of course, this doesn’t mean that the company will skip the E3 hype completely, a Kimishima-san promised more details coming from Nintendo of America.
Nintendo of America will present further information on our plans at a later date.
Incidentally, Nintendo just announced its New 2DS XL console, and you can check out all about it here.
