NiOh fans have some more downloading to do in order to enjoy the new content and DLC.

Today Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja made a second patch (following yesterday’s 1.07) available on the PlayStation Network.

The patch is aptly numbered 1.08, and the patch notes just mention bug fixes, which is good considering that there have been reports of corrupted save games with the previous patch.

Luckily, the download is a bit more modest this time, just under 1 gigabyte, and it appears that it also lowers the cost of the female transformation skins introduced with 1.07.

Today Sony Interactive Entertainment also released the first story DLC “Dragon of the North” and a new ShareFactory theme. You can find them here for Europe and here for North America.

NiOh is currently available for PS4 only, and if you’re unfamiliar with the game, you can read our review.
