Following yesterday's screenshot release, today Koei Tecmo released a second batch, featuring a lot more images of the upcoming NiOh DLC "Dragon of the North."

Not only we get a lot more screenshots, showcasing retainers Date Shigezane and Katakura Shigenaga on top of famous daimiyo Date MAsamune, but they're all in 1080p, so we're including the whole batch in the gallery below for your viewing pleasure.

Other elements included are new levels set in Tohoku's Iwate Prefecture (Aobajou, Chusonji and Tohno), new monsters, new guardian spirits (Seiryu and Nekomata) and the new Odachi weapon, which is basically a much longer version of a katana.

We also see the new features coming with the free update that will launch at the same time as the DLC, which will bring 1 vs 1 and 2 vs 2 online PvP, and transform skins representing the game's female characters.

NiOh is currently available exclusively for PS4, and if you want to learn more you can check out our own review. The Dragon of the North DLC will be released on May 2nd, alongside a free update.
