Today Koei Tecmo made NiOh Patch 1.07 (numbered 1.08 in some regions) available for download on the PSN, and it’s a big one, weighing 6.313 gigabytes.

The patch adds new features, including female transformation skins and 1v1 and 2v2 online PvP modes.

The update will also recalculate levels of existing players and introduce a new cap, new titles, two new guardian spirits, new gestures, new skills, and new items.

If you want to see more while you do that large download, you can find quite a bit of PvP gameplay and see the new skins (including Okatsu, Ginchiyo Tachibana, Fuku and Tamaki). you can also enjoy a few screenshots.

On top of the update, the new DLC “Dragon of the North” has been released on the Japanese PlayStation Store. It can be found here, while North American and European releases are still pending.

NiOh is currently available exclusively for PS4, and if you want to learn more you can check out our own review.
