No Pip Boy? No Problem: The Skyrim Map App is Here to Answer Every Lost Adventurer's Prayers

Bethesda is known for making some of the most expansive maps in modern games. In Fallout 3 and New Vegas, the Pip Boy 3000 helps you traverse the wastelands relatively safely. But what about the adventurers in Skyrim? Well, Random House has you covered there. The folks responsible for the official Skyrim strategy guide are back at it again and this time it’s all about the cartography of the titular dragon-plagued countryside.

The app, which is currently available for iOS devices through iTunes, has more than one pack available, for everything from primary and secondary locations to dragon mounds and other landmarks. It’s available now, so if you’re running around wondering what to explore next, do the Elder Scrolls equivalent of pulling up to a gas station for directions.
