North America and Europe Getting Free Final Fantasy Mobile Game

In the event that the countless Final Fantasy III re-releases haven’t satiated your appetite for portable Final Fanasy, you’ll soon be able to download a new mobile game. DeNA and Square-Enix have announced that Final Fantasy Airborne Brigade is well on its way to North America and Europe. The game will involve players traveling on airships and forming teams to cooperatively defeat bosses while gaining experience points and new abilities.

The game, which has accumulated more than 3 million players in its homeland of Japan, will be available for both iOS and Android devices for the modest price of…free? Way to go Squenix! Those interested in the game can sign-up here to receive an email alert the moment the game becomes available for download. Signing up will also net you an exclusive Final Fantasy character card/summon stone for use in-game, so you’ll definitely want to check that out if you plan on downloading it.
