We learn via Analyst Mat Piscatella that the NES Classic Editon was the best selling hardware platform units-wise, while the PS4 was the best-seller among current-gen consoles and had the highest dollar sales as well.
All platforms showcased growth in sales year-on-year, with the Xbox One nearly doubling its performance, the Switch up by 50%, and PS4 also growing.
