NYCers: Learn About How Humanity Creates In-Game Worlds

on November 9, 2011 9:30 AM

The New York Academy of Sciences is hosting an event tonight taking an anthropological look at how online, in-game worlds are created. It sounds fascinating, so I highly recommend putting down your new copy of Uncharted 3 (or Modern Warfare 3, pick your poison) for long enough to attend. It’s an hour and a half. You can do it.

Guest speakers include anthropologist Thomas Malaby, and game designer Lee Guzofski.
