Here’s some good news for you PS4 players out there. During CES 2015 Nyko announced that they are bringing a PlayStation 4 3.5″ hard disk drive bay to the market, expected for release in the “first half” of 2015.

Nyko unveiled the Data Bank during their conference, adding that the drive baywill replace your internal hard drive. The accessory works as a dock that will allow 3.5″ drives to be used in the console, which normally accepts only 2.5″ laptop-type HDDs.

The accessory does not include a hard drive, and it simply provides more flexibility to fit bigger HDDs in your PS4.

In addition to the Data Bank, Nyko also unveiled the Type Pad, which is exactly what it says on the tin: a little keyboard that can be attached to your DualShock 4, and that will be absolutely perfect for MMORPG like Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.
