Okage: Shadow King for PS2 Releasing on PS4 Next Tuesday

on March 19, 2016 5:06 PM

Back in July, Sony Computer Entertainment re-trademarked Boku to Maou in Japan, indicating the intention of doing something with the game, that was published in the west for PS3 as Okage: Shadow King in 2001.

Today, during the latest episode of the PlayStation Blogcast, it was announced that the game will be released on PS4 next Tuesday.

Interestingly, at the same time Sony filed a trademark for Popolocrois: Adventure of Beginnings, and we’ll have to see if that one will be ported to PS4 as well, even if a release in the west is probably iffy, considering that it was never localized.
