Earlier today, we heard about Okami HD from the western arm of Capcom, and quite evidently the Japanese branch wanted to one-up the colleagues from beyond the ocean with more trailers.

We get to see three new videos showing off the updated visuals of the game. The first shows more youkai enemies that Amaterasu will have to defeat during the game.

The second and third trailers showcase two more celestial brush gods that will help out during the adventure. The first is Bakugami, the boar god that will teach us the Cherry Bomb celestial brush technique. The second is Kazegami, the horse god that will impart Amaterasu with the knowledge of the Galestorm brush stroke.

Okami HD will release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC in North America and Europe on December 12th. In a rare turn of events, the Japanese release will come just a few days later, on December 21st.
