It has been less than two days since the official release of Chapter 1055, and some spoilers for the next chapter have already surfaced online. Apparently, Chapter 1056 of One Piece will focus on the most notorious Emperor, Buggy the Clown.
The latest chapters of the Japanese manga series focused on the aftermath of Luffy and Kaido's battle. Shanks steered away from Wanokuni in search of One Piece while Luffy senses his Haki throughout the island. However, instead of going after Shanks, the Straw Hats Pirates' captain gives a broad smile while thinking about a familiar face.
Ryokugyu, the Admiral who wanted to force Wanokuni's submission to the World Government, faced defeat at the hands of Momonosuke. The new Shogun of the Wano Country unleashed Bolo Breath to save his people from the Greenbull. The Straw Hats were watching Momo and Ryokugyu's fight, and they were surprised that the new Shogun defeated the enemy without their help. However, it seems like Luffy and his allies will soon get something else to worry about.
Interestingly, Chapter 1056 of One Piece, titled "Cross Guild," will feature Buggy The Clown's new organization. The crew will appear in the news, confirming that Crocodile and Mihawk have joined Buggy's organization. Mihawk is one of the most powerful characters in One Piece, and we haven't seen him working for anyone before. So, it's no wonder that every fan is shocked that Mihawk has joined Buggy. To make things worse, Buggy has started putting a price on the Marines' heads.
Meanwhile, Inuarashi and Nekomamushi decide to stay at Wanokuni and ask Carrot to lead Minks in their absence. Ryokugyu's attack on the island wasn't successful, but it was enough to make Shinobi slim again. Finally, the chapter ends with Yamato standing on the castle's roof. It almost seems like Kaido's daughter is ready to say her goodbyes to Wanokuni.
