One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 Deluxe Edition Coming to Nintendo Switch in May

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 Ultimate Edition launches on Nintendo Switch in two months, on May 10, 2018 according to publisher Bandai Namco.

Bandai Namco announced today on One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 Deluxe Edition will available in the Americas on the Nintendo Switch and ready to download from the Nintendo eShop on May 10, 2018. A physical release for the game has not been announced yet at this time.

The One Piece storyline in the game stretches from the series’ beginning to the Paramount War arc. Along with the single-player experience comes the local two-player co-op mode. Included with the main game itself are over 40 missions and various costumes in the form of DLC.

Over 30 playable characters are included in the One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 Deluxe Edition, adding to this game a refreshing level of replay value. The Kizuna Rush feature makes great use of the massive roster the game, as it allows you to place characters in your crew and summon them into your battle to execute combo attacks. Players can continue to create more and more powerful attacks by assembling a custom crew of up to four others.

DualShockers gave the original One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 an 8.0 out of 10 when it was originally released. One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 is available now on PC, PS3, PS4, and PlayStation Vita; as mentioned, the game will be available in the Deluxe Edition for Nintendo Switch on May 10, 2018.
