As one of the upcoming Xbox exclusives on the horizon, Ori and the Will of the Wisps is easily one of the most anticipated games of next year as the follow-up to the acclaimed Ori and the Blind Forest. While it's been some time since we last saw the game at an event, a new trailer has released with another look at what will surely be another emotional and evocative ride.

During The Game Awards 2019, a new gameplay trailer was released for the upcoming Ori and the Will of the Wisps, giving us another look at the anticipated platformer with stunning and emotional visuals. Alongside the gameplay trailer, it was also confirmed that the game's release date has been pushed back one month to March 11, 2020 from its originally-planned release of February 11.

Given that the title has been in the works for some time, it might be a bit of a disappointment that the game has been delayed. Thankfully, the delay is only for a brief period, with Microsoft and developer Moon Studios stating that the delay is meant "to ensure that Ori fans get the best gameplay experience possible."

Alongside the trailer, Microsoft also announced that pre-orders for the game are now available on Xbox One and PC, with the game also planned to arrive on Xbox Game Pass when it launches. Microsoft also announced a Collector's Edition of Ori and the Will of the Wisps, which will include the game, an artbook, soundtrack CD, a collector's SteelBook case, and a second soundtrack featuring piano collections of the game's music. No pricing information or pre-orders have been released just yet for the Collector's Edition.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps will release for Xbox One and PC on March 11, 2020, and you can preorder the game now over on Amazon. For a closer look at the upcoming title, you can check out the new gameplay trailer below, along with an image of the Collector's Edition:
