Last fall developer RocketWertz announced that its virtual reality title Out of Ammo would be making its way to PlayStation VR sometime in the near future, however, at the time, we had no idea when that would be. Well, we don't have to wonder anymore as Zen Studios, the publisher for the game, has officially revealed that the game will be available on Sony's virtual reality unit at the end of the month, on January 30, 2018, to be exact.

For those who don't know, Out of Ammo is a first-person shooter with four game modes. The first, which is called Survival, tasks players with taking control of an entire army, building up bases, and, you guessed it, surviving for as long as you can. The other modes are much simpler: Vertigo tasks you with infiltrating and escaping a compound, Icarus introduces stealth mechanics, while the final one, Overwatch, has players covering the crew of a downed helicopter while they escape.

To celebrate the announcement of the release date, some brand new photos were also released. You can check them out at the end of the article.

Out of Ammo will set PlayStation players back $14.99, however, if you pre-order the game you'll receive a free copy of RocketWertz previous game Castlestorm VR. This deal will only be available to those who pre-order the game.
