Outer Wilds Gets New Trailer and Set to Arrive on Xbox One and PC at Launch
Outer Wilds got a new trailer announcing that the first-person space exploration title will be launching onto Xbox One and the Microsoft Store.
Outer Wilds, Developed by Mobius Digital has been confirmed to launch onto Xbox One and the Windows 10 Store. A new trailer — found below — is also available to view and shows off gameplay.
Set in an open-world, Outer Wilds is a mystery title about a solar system that has become trapped in an endless time loop. Players get to explore space in first-person and discover an ancient secret. The trailer shows off both on the ground exploration gameplay, and flight gameplay but also teases some drastic weather systems.
Gadgets aid the player by allowing them to probe their surroundings and track down signals around the worlds while also translating alien text found around the worlds. Apparently, you can toast a marshmallow too. [Editor’s Note: “You’re killin’ me Smalls!” -L].
It will be arriving sometime in 2018 and was originally planned for launch onto PC. As stated earlier it is now intended for a Windows 10, and Xbox One release.
