Overwatch has constantly been in the gaming headlines lately due to the amount of content it pushes out, its eSports success and of course, the ever-popular cosplay. As of May 2018, Overwatch had 40 million players worldwide with no signs of decreasing that number anytime soon, so it only seems right that we get to see some amazing outfits by those dedicated fans in the very first Overwatch Cosplay Battle.

This battle will be noted as more of a celebration in individuality, flair, and pride in your supporting country as we will see partakers from all over Europe donning their chosen crafted outfit and bringing their hero to life where the community will then cast their vote on who comes out the top.

In all, six teams from the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Russia will demonstrate their artistry and design one costume each over the course of three months. This is where you, the community, come into play as you will help make the unbelievably hard choice by voting for their favorite on social media. You can also follow the whole thing online if you want to keep up to date.

The official jury for The Overwatch cosplay battle is fused together by a mash-up of Blizzard artists that include Renaud Galand and Rachel Day, as well as seasoned cosplayers Sosenka and Kamui. The community will also be able to cast their votes once again to choose the Community Favorite.

If you would like to know more about this battle-off, you can head over to the official Overwatch cosplay website and get the run-down on how you can vote and a little more about the teams involved. Voting is currently still open and the much-anticipated results will be disclosed on November 26.

Overwatch is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. You can pick up a copy of the title on Amazon.
