While Overwatch has been giving players plenty to do for well over two years now, its seasonal events and limited time loot have always ensured that players pop in to grab some special gear, and now might be one of the best chances to do that with a nice XP boost from Blizzard.

Blizzard Entertainment has announced that a Double XP weekend is now live for Overwatch players across PS4, Xbox One, and PC, which will certainly give players a nice boost in racking up experiencing towards earning more loot boxes, which runs from today through June 11th.

The timing of the Double XP weekend is also pretty perfect with the game’s Anniversary event that is running from now through June 11th, as the Double XP should come in handy to help players grab some of the special skins and loot that will be available for the event’s duration.

Overwatch is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you have yet to pick up the game for yourself, you can do that right here over at Amazon.
