Pac-Man Will Join the Brawl in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS, Trailer and Screenshots Released
Pac-Man was revealed as a is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS during the developer roundtable tonight with Masahiro Sakurai, creator of the franchise.
Pac-Man will be based on his classic design, and can transform from his Pac-Land appearance. There will be a Pac-Man stage in the 3DS version of Super Smash Bros., and his smash attack is an enormous Pac-Man.

Pac-Man can make a fire hydrant that shoots water from it, throw ghosts, fruit, pac-pellets, Galaga and Dig Dug summons. He can also turn into his arcade self as his side attack, as well as eat things, and transform into a trampoline that he can bounce off.
He joins Mega Man and Sonic the Hedgehog as the game’s two non-Nintendo fighters. There are roughly 33 playable characters in the game.
Super Smash Bros. is coming to the 3DS on October 3rd and for the Wii U during this holiday.
