If you’re a fan of Quake or Doom, you probably know about Painkiller too. It was released back in 2004 to mostly good reviews, and now Nordic Games is gearing up with the remake, which promises to be even more action packed then the original. It struck me as odd that they would do a full remake of a game less than a decade after it’s release rather then a sequel, but fans seem excited for it.
In Painkiller: Hell and Damnation you play again as Daniel Garner, freshly dead and trapped in purgatory, who has a chance to be re-united with his wife in heaven by taking down the generals of Satan’s new army. This new trailer is just a teaser, and since it was only announced at E3, you can expect there to be quite some time before the release.
