If you’re a fan of hero based shooters (and hamsters aren’t your thing) start celebrating as Paladins: Champions of the Realm is now free-to-play on the Nintendo Switch.

Initially released for the Nintendo Switch this past June, Paladins: Champions of the Realm was previously only available to players that shelled out for the game’s Founder’s Pack. Now, following an announcement made on Nintendo of America’s Twitter, the game is available completely free of charge.

Paladins: Champions of the Realm isn’t the first free-to-play multiplayer phenomenon to come to the Nintendo Switch. With the release of Fortnite on the Switch just last month, Paladins is looking to draw from the same well as the dominant battle royale.

While available through open beta since 2016, Paladins: Champions of the Realm was only officially released for Windows, Mac, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 earlier this May. Flaunting an impressive character roster as well as a garden variety of game modes, there’s no denying that the game will give you bang for your (totally optional) buck.
