Recently, VITEI BACKROOM has announced via press release that its upcoming project Paper Valley finally has a release date.

According to the developer, Paper Valley will launch on Thursday, April 19 for $19.99 exclusively for the Oculus Rift head-mounted display. In Paper Valley players are tasked with reviving the title’s in-game world back to life. Players will do so by utilizing the Oculus Rift Touch controllers as you throw, curl, and glide paper planes into various targets which are spread out throughout the world.

Every time a player makes a successful throw and hits the mark, you will add more and revive the world. Precise throws are essential to bringing reviving the alluring environments and unraveling the hidden secrets within the valley. While the game sounds simplistic in nature, its simplicity proves to be a strength as the title welcomes gamers ranging in different skillets to pick up and enjoy the game at their own pace.

If you would like to know more about Paper Valley, you can check out the game’s announcement trailer (back when the game was known as Paper Garden), additionally, a few screenshots of the zen-like title will be provided below this article.

As mentioned previously, Paper Valley is set to launch on April 19 for the Oculus Rift.
