Parasite Eve Hits the PSN This Week

March 16, 2011

Yesterday Square-Enix revealed a seemingly last-minute bit of news that the PSOne classic Parasite Eve was hitting the PlayStation Network in North America. Also to follow is Parasite Eve 2 “at a later date”. This is likely to pump up anticipation for the spin-off of that franchise, The 3rd Birthday, which releases for the PSP on March 29, 2011, just a couple weeks from now. Of course, for those of us who haven’t played the original, it’s a great opportunity to go back and see where the series has been, as well. Parasite Eve is available for download for $5.99.
