Starward Gaze Guide

The mission Starward Gaze requires you to search and find two characters, namely, Aranka, and Thall who are both from Desnan. Follow the below-mentioned guide to know their location and complete the quest:

  • Find out what happened to the missing Desnan adepts

A group of Desnan adepts has been accused by the Kenabres inquisition of trying to steal the Wardstone. They managed to escape their pursuers and are now in hiding. Whatever drove these "conspirators" to do what they did, they should be found.

  • Find Aranka, the Desnan singer

The Desnan singer Aranka can be found at the Arendae Party House beside the Musician who is standing near the stage. She is unlikely to give herself away, but she can be found by looking out for signs of a highly talented singer and musician. Talk to her, and she’ll give you the Aranka’s Shawl quest item.

  • Find Thall the Wallflower, the Desnan mage
starward gaze quest - market square

Thall is a young but skilled mage, and tracking him is no easy task. He has several methods of hiding his presence from players who are looking for him. Thall The Wallflower can be found in Market Square. There at the corner, you'd find the Desnan mage standing alone. Talk to him where he will notice the Aranka’s Shawl. He will also need help to deal with some crusaders so go ahead and battle alongside him.

  • Report to Hulrun about the adept's killing

The renegade adept who evaded all the inquisitors in Kenabres has been hunted down and killed. Prelate Hulrun will want to hear about this.

Unlock Azata Mythic Path

Mythic Paths in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous can be unlocked via quests and you can unlock the Azata Mythic Path during the Starward Gaze by returning to the Temple of Desna and talking to the three people there.

You will have to tell them that you are only "stopping for a minute or I’ll gladly sit with you." Then you will be presented with some choices where you have to pick "Chaotic: Sing the song after Aranka" to unlock the Azata Mythic Path.
