Atlus has announced today that Persona 4: Arena will get its own full fledged manga series. The manga will convey the same story as the game, but with a unique sense of “urgency” and more of a focus on the story and drama therein. The series will be illustrated by Aiya Kyu, who is also responsible for other series such as Antimagia and Code Age. She’s readied the above image, which is unfortunately all we’ll get to see for now.

The Persona 4: Arena manga will debut in 10th issue of the Japanese Persona Magazine, which releases on August 7th. That’s also the North American release date of the game.
