Persona 4 Golden is Coming to the West

We have been wondering for a while about a possible English localization of the PS Vita remake of Persona 4, and Atlus USA answered our not-so-silent prayers, announcing today that the game is indeed coming to the west.

Persona 4 Golden is a vastly improved version of the already excellent original, including remastered graphics, new voiced dialogue, a new Online Rescue feature, new Personas, new story events, a new character, new Anime cutscenes and a new opening animation.

Considering that Persona 4 is one of my favorite JRPGs of all times, I have to admit that the news make me more than a little happy. The game will be released this fall, and is already available for preorder. You can find the new official site here.
