Persona 5 Won’t Appear at the VGX Awards

In a slightly unsurprising turn of events, we just learned that the newly announced JRPG by Atlus Persona 5 won’t be showcased at the VGX awards, as tweeted by host Geoff Keighley.

Persona4VGXWhile it’s a bit sad, it’s also not very surpising, since the VGX don’t really focus much on Japanese games, and even less on relatively niche franchises like Persona. Looks like we’ll have to wait longer, or at least another occasion, to see more about Persona 5. I know I can hardly wait.
