Today Konami announced the release date of its soccer/football game PES 2018, that will launch on September 14th for PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

The new game promises refined gameplay, including the RealTouch+ tech that will let players control the ball with various body parts, improved graphics and a new UI, online co-op (2 vs 2 and 3 vs 3) with local multiplayer support, and more.

Set pieces have been reworked, and a new penalty and free-kick system has been introduced, including the ability to start a match with a one-player kick-off.

The Master League mode has has been imporoved with pre-season tournaments, an improved transfer system, locker room scenes and interviews.

Interesting is also the fact that the press release explicitly promises a Steam version on the same level as its console counterparts.
