Has Pestily Been Banned From YouTube?

As of writing, there's no official reason as to why Pestily's YouTube Channel was taken down, as it looks to have come as a surprise to him as much as his fans.

Pestily took to his Twitter account to announce that his main YouTube Channel had been taken down, and tagged the YouTube Team for clarification.

According to their reply, the removal has been passed along for further review. We imagine if YouTube had banned or suspended Pestily for a specific reason, they wouldn't need to pass it along for review. We've seen this happen to YouTubers before and the accounts have been restored fully in due time.

Ryan Wyatt, who is the head of Gaming and Commerce for YouTube, also replied to Pestily stating that "The TeamYouTube squad is on it. Thanks for flagging this to us".

So, although there's no official reason been given, judging by the response of the YouTube team it's likely that this was a mistake and Pestily's Channel will be restored in due course.
